In this module, we learn about the basics of passive design and active design (mostly on lighting) that can be used when designing buildings to achieve sustainable and cost saving designs.
learning outcome
Finishing this module has helped me achieve 3 TGCs. It has helped me achieve Interpersonal Skills as I learned how to work as a team better after working in Project 1 and utilized the power of teams efficiently in both group projects. It also has helped me achieve Intrapersonal Skills as I've learned how to research and gather intel online as well as figuring out how to create a 3D sun path with a digital software independently. Finally, I also achieved Thinking and Problem Solving Skills after completing the module because I get to utilize my critical thinking to come up with ideations suitable for the buildings.
