Micro House Project

For this assignment, we are to form a group to plan out what furniture and spaces that we are going to include in our micro house and then draw them. Members in the group are expected to plan their micro house different from other member as well.

In the first week, I only had came up with our finalized title block and my finalized draft for the plan view of my micro house. It took quite to finalize it as I have experimented with different types of plans.

The next following week, I have completed both the plan and site plan drawings. Drawing the site plan required a lot of patience for me as I have to draw many lines repeatedly.

For the third and fourth week, I completed both my elevation drawings. Progress was a bit slow due to other assignments.

For the final week, I have completed my section drawing. It also helped me to research more about the structure inside the roofs as well. After completing the section, I began to ink every drawing.

Reflection

Overall, the assignment was a great way to end the module and it gave me a better insight on technical drawings in the construction industry. I thought the idea of planning your own house was fun and interesting as well. Not to mention that this is my favourite assignment out of all assignments from every module.
