building construction and materials
In this module, we learn about the basics of building construction and materials used in the real world. We will also get to learn about the different types of structures that a building can have and the properties of construction materials.

Finishing this module has helped me achieve 3 TGCs. It has helped me achieve Discipline Specific Knowledge as the things I have learned in Project 2 such as, how the typical house structure and a sectioned roof looks like which has helped me during the final exam. I have also achieved Lifelong Learning as I was able to do research independently in Project 1 and 2 with the given lecture slides by our lecturers and gain a deeper insight on building construction and structure. Finally, I have achieved Digital Literacy after doing Project 1 as I used the Canva website to compose my case study and due to this, I have improved with using Canva as medium to design and plan my presentation boards.
