The final AD module, themed ‘Architecture with an Impact,’ challenges students to design an Urban Room/City Hub—a dynamic ‘Third Place’ that fosters inclusivity and community engagement. Centered on the concept of ‘Sensing the City,’ the project emphasizes understanding the needs of People, Place, and Project, balancing internal spatial design with external constraints. Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, it aims to address SDG 10 (reducing inequalities) and SDG 11 (sustainable cities and communities), encouraging students to create meaningful, socially responsive architecture.
